Global SPOC support and hw / sw maintenance of a storage infrastructure —servers — network on behalf of the national office for annual vacations.

This contract aims, on the one hand, for the acquisition of support services (Intake, SPOC, Managed Services) and hardware / software maintenance of our storage, servers, network, VMware, Veeam and Trend Micro infrastructure; on the other hand, the probable acquisition of 110 days of consultancy services per year as well as additional supplies.
