Ringerike Municipality would like enter into a framework agreement for delivery of food products to smaller entities in the municipality such as nurseries, school kitchen, entities within care, administration, etc. It is primarily nurseries and schools that will use the contract, but other entities will use the contract as needed.

The contract is divided into seven sub-contracts (geographic zones). Tenders may be submitted for one or more of the sub-contracts.

The contract does not apply to large entities with a reception kitchen or fresh bread as the municipality has separate contracts for this.

Option: Ringerike Municipality will have the opportunity to trigger an option for fresh bread when the existing contract expires.

Some of the entities need weekly deliveries, while other have more sporadic need. It must also be

possible for individual entities to get delivery multiple times per week.

The anticipated volume is mainly based on previous figures. The scope of the service can vary from year to year, but

The estimated scope during the next four years is around NOK 8.8 million excluding VAT. The maximum value of the contract is NOK 9.5 million.

The amounts do not carry any obligations for the contracting authority or rights for the tenderer. Reservation is made

to changes in volume as a result of changed financial framework conditions and municipal activity.
