The purpose of the Procurement is to conclude an Agreement with one Contractor for the provision of first-line contact centre services. The intention is that the Agreement will enter into force on 1.9.2021.

The scope of the service is:

1. to carry out a project that implements your services;

2. the provision of contact centre services;

3. management and organisation;

4. at the request of Logius, carry out advisory processes or carry out projects to further improve your service;

5. It, at the end of the Assignment, ensure a smooth exit.
