The targets of the procurement are cleaning services for Tipotie social and health centre, housing service units for the disabled in Tampere (8 units) and maternity and child health clinic Klaava.

The client arranges a site presentation. For a destination presentation, the group size limit is 2 persons per bidder. Registration for the site presentation must be submitted by 8.9.2023 at 12.00 noon at hankinnat@voimia.fi.

On 11.9.2023, Tipotie Social and Health Care Station will be presented.

Other items of the invitation to tender are offered on the basis of the material.

Not all housing service units have floor plans coloured with cleanliness levels or a list of premises in the procurement material.

Site presentations complement the offer material, e.g. surface materials, windows of the premises and structures of the sites are displayed in the presentation. Participation in site presentations is mandatory and is a prerequisite for submitting an offer.
