The foundation Theatre Avant Garden is in the process of developing and renovating the Rosendal Theatre. The ‘grand hall’ shall be subject to the establishment of an grandstand for the public audience. The grandstand must include 10 telescopic rows of seats as well as stairs along the sides of the grandstand. The grandstand must have the capacity of 170 seats. When the grandstand is folded, floor areas are available for the standing audience. The telescopic grandstands must therefore be able to provide an optional number of extracted rows.
