The object of the Contract is to:
- Carry out execution studies
- Write risk analyses and operating procedures prior to the work
- manufacture / install / develop / accept the 3 new operating devices (3 winches + 3 oleo-hydraulic power plants + 1 emergency oleo-hydraulic power plant)
- provide the interface elements/data between the equipment of this contract and the electrical equipment supplied by another works contract
- provide all materials / access to carry out the work
- Provide reports, minutes, administrative and technical documents of the work in an end-of-case file
The work will be carried out on the safety organs of a hydroelectric dam and in 2 phases:
- Execution studies
- Participation in site monitoring meetings
- Drafting of the End of Business Brief.
1st phase of work between September and November 2024 on the Rive Droite Flood Evacuator valve n°3 (EVCRD3)
- Installation and withdrawal of construction site on the crown of the dam (altitude 420mNGF)
- manufacture / install / develop / receive 1 SINGLE operating device (1 winch + 1 oleo-hydraulic power plant + 1 emergency oleo-hydraulic power plant)
- participate in acceptance tests piloted by SHEM
- make the modifications/adjustments/lifting of reservations following the acceptance tests
- provide all materials / access to carry out the work
2nd phase of work between March and June 2026 on EVCRD2 and EVCRD1

- manufacture / install / develop / receive 2 operating devices (2 winches + 2 oleo-hydraulic power plants)
- participate in acceptance tests piloted by SHEM
