the purpose of this contract is to support the carrying out of audits of operations under the national operational programmes whose managing authority is the General Delegation for Employment and Vocational Training. The purpose of these operation checks is to verify the eligibility of expenditure declared to the Commission under national and Community eligibility rules and, in so doing, to verify the reliability of the management systems of delegated managing authorities and intermediate bodies in relation to the requirements of a sufficient audit trail.
