The object of the order is the collection and development, according to the guidelines in the description of the order, of the entire stream of municipal waste donated by the owners of the property located in the Wilamowice Municipality, on which the inhabitants reside.
The subject of the order includes the collection directly from the owners of inhabited property of the following municipal waste fractions:
(a) unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste,
(b) ash (in code ex 20 01 99 — household ashes),
(c) glass, including:
- bottles and glass jars after drinks and food;
- bottles after alcoholic beverages;
- glass packaging after cosmetics, etc.
(d) paper, including:
- newspapers, books, catalogues, notebooks,
- paper bags and bags,
- school and office paper,
- cartons and cardboard and packaging made of them, etc.
(e) plastics, metals, multi-aerial packaging waste, including:
- empty, unscrewed plastic bottles after drinks (e.g. PET type),
- empty packaging after cosmetics, household chemicals and cleaning products,
- plastic packaging after food (e.g. yogurts, cottage cheese, kefir, margarines)
- films, bags, touts, plastic bags (PP, PE, HDPE, LDPE),
- cartons after juices, beverages, milk (TetraPak),
- cans of beverages, canned food
- fine scrap iron and fine scrap of colored metals, etc.
f) furniture and other bulky waste, including: tables, chairs, sofas, wardrobes, couches, beds, armchairs, carpets, sidewalks, carpets, mattresses, curtain rods, bicycles, prams, large toys
sizes, etc.
g) bio-waste – food and kitchen waste from households (in code 20 01 08), with the exception of owners of real estate developed with single-family residential buildings composting biowaste constituting municipal waste in a household composter, exempted in part from the fee for municipal waste management, including:
- leftovers from prepared and consumed meals, m.in. leftovers and peelings of fruit and vegetables; fish waste, dairy products; eggshells, nut shells; leftovers from brewing coffee and tea,
- spoiled, expired food,
- food-contaminated paper,
- paper towels, etc.
A detailed description of the item of the order is specified in Chapter III of the Specification of the terms of the contract.
Before signing the contract, the Contractor will be obliged to obtain an entry in the register of regulated activities in the field of collecting municipal waste from property owners in the Wilamowice Municipality, in accordance with the requirements of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities.
