The subject of the contract is the purchase by the Agency for Restructuring and Modernization of Agriculture in Warsaw (hereinafter: the Ordering Party) brand new, not bearing traces of previous use of passenger cars together with insurance with technical and operational parameters described in Chapter II. I.2. of the tender specifications (hereinafter: SWZ).
