1. The subject of this contract are services in the field of maintenance of greenery and cleanliness in road lanes and urban areas as part of intervention works in the city of Katowice.

2. The description of the subject of the contract is specified in Appendix No. 1 to the Terms of Reference - "Performance of intervention works in urban areas and in the road lanes of the city of Katowice"

3. Each of the services will be commissioned separately in accordance with the needs of the Ordering Party.

4. DEADLINE FOR THE PERFORMANCE OF WORKS: from the date of signing the contract until 31 December 2026 with the possibility of extending or shortening the deadline for the performance of the contract until the amount allocated for the performance of the contract is exhausted.
