Technical control and static and functional conditions of the works of art forming part of the provincial road network. It consists of the following activities aimed at assessing the risk, analyzing the state of degradation, evaluating and restoring the safety conditions of the work: surveillance and technical control; diagnosis and recovery hypothesis; systemic monitoring and inspection of works of art; freight rates; surveys and instrumental control.

Specialist service aimed at inspections, investigations and tests on existing structures along provincial roads; the services of the service covered by the framework agreement are defined at a general level, in relation to the characteristics of the infrastructures subject to verification and control, which will be defined at the execution stage, based on the priorities and needs of the Province.
