Renovation of Merkel'sches Schwimmbad Esslingen:

The GFA is approx. 3,000 m² and the BRI 12,000 m³.

The following measures are to be carried out as part of the upcoming renovation:

- Complete renovation of the sports pool and the indoor swimming pool

- Renewal of the technical equipment

- fire protection upgrading

- Barrier-free access

The work will be carried out from September 2023 to December 2024.

Scaffolding work:

- Standgerüst Lastklasse 3 ca. 1600 m²

- Scaffolding swimming pool approx. 860 m²

- Structure of the teaching pool approx. 170m²
