The subject of this contract includes the construction of:
- 1,269.00 mb of storm water drainage together with 69 sets of street inlets with connections with a total length L = 229.80 mb,
- 1,056.50 m of sanitary sewage system together with 13 pieces of side branches with a total length L = 148.00 m,
- 1,484.00 m of water supply network.
In street Stroband, Watzenrode and streets without names. Due to the fact that some streets do not yet have a name, to facilitate it the Employer marked them with the symbols "A", "B" and "C".
The subject of this contract includes the construction of:

- 1,056.50 m of sanitary sewage system together with 13 pieces of side branches with a total length L = 148.00 m,
- 1,484.00 m of water supply network.
In street Stroband, Watzenrodego and streets without a name, for the purposes of this tender marked with "A", "B" and "C" at the JAR estate in Toruń.
Other scope of works:
- Conducting sapper supervision,
- Before commencing the works, the Contractor shall provide the Employer with attestations, certificates and declarations of conformity for all materials planned for construction - for their acceptance,
- The contractor, as part of the organization of the construction site, will realize at his own cost and effort the facilities of the temporary back-up facilities and incur the costs of water and energy consumption during the works,
- Performing excavations with full strengthening of the excavation walls and taking the spoil to a temporary storage site,
- demolition of the fortification, backfilling the excavation with soil compaction to the entire depth of the excavation and bringing the works area to its original condition,
- Provision of a hydrant performance test report,
- Pressure testing for 1.0 MPa on the water supply,
- Disinfection and flushing of the water supply and obtaining a positive result of the water test carried out by an accredited laboratory,
- Marking of water supply fittings,
- Incorporation into the existing water supply network should be commissioned to the Employer's services,
- Conducting leak test of the channel,
- Television inspection of the completed channel, color image recording with a camera with the function of recording the fall,
- Providing full surveying services.
In the event of discovering items that are suspected of being a monument, the Contractor shall immediately suspend works, secure the find and notify Kuj-Pom of the Monument Conservator.
The detailed scope of works includes a description of the subject of the contract and technical documentation - constituting Annex 1 to the specification of essential terms of the contract (SIWZ).
