The purpose of the Framework Agreement is the annual verification of haropaport's Category 3 Personal Protective Equipment | Le Havre, in accordance with the decree of 19 March 1993 which sets out the list of personal protective equipment that must be subject to the periodic general checks provided for in Articles R. 233-42-2, L.4711-1 and R4323-91 to R4323-103 of the Labour Code, as well as the order of 22 October 2009

The purpose of the Framework Agreement is to carry out one inspection per year which will be carried out on each of the flotation aids. This control will be carried out during 4 campaigns organised over the months of March, June, September and December

The purpose of the Framework Agreement is to carry out a six-monthly inspection of gas detectors as follows:- 1 inspection per year will be carried out on each of the OPTIFIT full face masks. This check will be carried out during 2 campaigns organized over the months of June and December.- 1 check per year will be carried out on each of the SCOTT Rff4000 / Ventilation Scott Proflow 2sc masks. This inspection will be carried out during 2 campaigns organized during the months of June and December.- 1 inspection per year will be carried out on each of the 3m VERSALFOW helmets/ventilation. This control will be carried out during 2 campaigns organised in June and December

The purpose of the Framework Agreement is to carry out one inspection per year on each of the harnesses and their accessories (such as single lanyards, double lanyards, double lanyards with absorbers, cabloc, various straps and Falcon reels) during the months of February and March, as well as to carry out one inspection per year on each of the distractors (Miller) and retractors (Falcon). This control will be carried out during 2 campaigns organised in June and December
