The call for proposals is a project for the services of children, young people and families at risk of exclusion as defined in the call for applications and its annexes. The project is aimed at children, young people and families at risk of exclusion in the Jyväskylä, Tampere, Karkkila and Vihdi areas. The project will be implemented as a Social Impact Bond (SIB) project. The competition concerns the selection of a project manager for an impact investment project. A framework agreement will be established on the basis of competitive tendering.
