The procurement concerns the purchase of Human Resource Management (HRM) systems delivered as a “Software as a Service (SaaS)” host system for NBIM globally and for associated services.

NBIM is a global company with approx. 500 employees distributed over 5 offices:

— Oslo,

— London,

— New York,

— Singapore and Shanghai, and approx. 200 consultants.

The participants should note that the exact scope of this procurement will be clarified during the dialogue and that the scope can be changed within the framework of the procurement regulations.

The estimated total value of the contract is between 3 000 000 NOK and 20 000 000 NOK excluding VAT.

But this should only be considered as an estimate and should not in any way be considered binding upon NBIM, and thus the actual contract value may be higher or lower. The estimate is in no way binding for NBIM.

NBIM is seeking service providers for the delivery of a Human Research Management (HRM) system solution. The service provider must be able to deliver a system that ensure management of master data for our permanent employees and consultants at all of our global locations. The HRM system will be delivered as a “Software as a a Service (SaaS)” host system for NBIM globally and for associated services. The system must be able to handle the following:

— administer and process information about employees and consultants, globally and in-line with local human resources requirements,

— working hours and absence,

— mobile App with access for various user groups; human resources, line managers, employees,

— dashboards and reporting for various user groups; human resources, line managers, employees,

— IT is desirable that the implementation of the solution be completed by 1.5.2019,

— training of HR personnel,

— integration with the existing systems,

— ongoing system support.

Additional functions related to payment administration, payroll administration, HR document management, letter and contract generation, recruiting platform and training and development may also be relevant.
