Orbit is looking to procure a mental well-being support service from a high-quality provider that will deliver a service that is demonstrably focused around the needs of Orbit customers.

The service is to provide access to specialist mental health support to around 700 customers (tenants). This support is provided in a range of ways to ensure the service is accessible and meets customers' requirement including 1 to 1 in person, digitally and by phone and also in groups. The service provider shall have the capacity to deliver the service to the minimum target number of customers of which 15 % can be non-Orbit customers. This programme will cover all Orbit stock, broken into 9 lots. There are no restrictions on how many lots you can bid to deliver in however for Lot 1-8 you will need to have a base in that geographical area. The contract will be awarded for a period of 2 years with potential for a 1-year extension.
