"Construction of photovoltaic installations at the facilities of "PGKiM" Sp. z o.o. in the Aleksandrów Łódzki Commune"

1. The subject of the Order is the execution of photovoltaic installations on 5 facilities of "PGKiM" Sp. z o.o. in the Municipality of Aleksandrów Łódzki, including:

- delivery and assembly of photovoltaic installations based on the technical documentation held by the Ordering Party,

- adaptation of the existing measuring system for the needs of the photovoltaic installation in accordance with applicable regulations (Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 22 March 2022, Journal of Laws, item 788)

- delivery and installation of an effective blockade preventing the inflow of energy generated in generating equipment (photovoltaic panels) to the distribution network of commercial power engineering,

- delivery and installation of an effective blockade preventing the impact of energy generated in generating equipment (photovoltaic panels) after switching off the power supply in the commercial power grid

2. A detailed description and scope of individual parts of the subject of the contract includes: SWZ with attachments and design documentation - constituting an appendix to the SWZ.

Construction of a photovoltaic installation on the premises of "PGKiM" Sp. z o.o. in the Aleksandrów Łódzki Commune - Registered Office of "PGKiM"

The subject of part 1 is the construction of a photovoltaic installation at the Company's Headquarters. The minimum power of the installation is 38.25kWp, while the maximum should not exceed 38.95kWp.

The panels were placed on the CCARPORT CPE structure with a slope of about 10o above parking spaces, on one structural slope not related to the ground from the south. The power of the installation is 38 880 Wp, the installation consists of 72 panels with a capacity of 540 Wp each bifacial. They are connected in 4 Strings (two Thongs of 18 panels connected to the MPPT-1; and two Thongs with 18 panels connected to the MPPT-2 inverter. The energy from the installation will be used for the needs of the Investor. The surplus energy will be blocked by ARPC CONTROL and will not be transmitted to the network of the operator PGE DYSTRYBUCJA branch in Łódź.

DC cabling was carried out in UV conduits under the panels and fixed on the CARPORT CPE structure, the SOFAR 36KTL-X3 inverter will be mounted under the CARPORT CPE structure from the RG-NN switchgear room side and the NEO IP-54 2 x 12 surface mode with DC, AC and inverter protection will be installed. Then the wiring will be brought on top of the structure in the UV-resistant casing pipe to the ground and routed in the casing pipe in the ground to the RG-NN switchgear room where the main connection of the network operator is located. The AC cable route is routed in the ground in the DVK-50 casing pipe at a depth of about 0.7 m and introduced into the building through the existing cable channel located in the RG-LN room in the floor. In the cable route, the OPTO 40 pipe should be laid to route the Cat gel-filled twisted pair. 6e. The LGY 1x16mm grounding wire for grounding the panel structure, inverter, DC and AC protectors on the CARPORT CPE structure was connected to the earthing in RG-NN. The CARPORT CPE parking space structure is located away from the main building of PGKiM sp. z o.o. at a distance of 9.3 m, which allows the installation of DC modules without optimizers reducing the operating voltage in the event of AC voltage failure to a safe value of 24V DC.

DC voltage of up to 800V will occur only on the roof of the CCARPORT CPE parking structure to the inverter, which in no way poses a threat when extinguishing the office and social building of PGKiM sp. z o.o. The return to the previous state of PV energy production will take place by applying AC voltage 230V to the inverter.

The CARPORT CPE structure should be made in accordance with the manufacturer's guidelines, and in accordance with the assembly instructions provided with the CAPORT CPE construction and the instructions for mounting photovoltaic panels to the assembled CAPORT CPE structure. Failure to follow the manufacturer's guidelines may result in damage to the structure or panels during the use of the photovoltaic installation.

The CAPORT CPE structure not permanently connected with the ground should be placed on the ground in accordance with the specification provided by the manufacturer of the structure.

Regarding the carport construction, the structure should be designed in such a way that with a length of 26 m, 10 parking spaces are created, each with a width of about 360-267 cm. Specifically, this applies to the spacing or increase in the number of supports of the structure for the panels.

Construction of a photovoltaic installation at the facilities of "PGKiM" Sp. z o.o. in the Municipality of Aleksandrów Łódzki - SUW Bełdów 34a.

The subject of the contract part 2 is the construction of a photovoltaic installation with a capacity of 20.52kWp.

Construction of a photovoltaic installation for the production of electricity to cover the demand of the Water Treatment Plant in Bełdów, and in particular to provide energy for circulation pumps. In order to install the panels, a supporting structure with dimensions of 12/10m and a height of 4.2 m from the west side and 3.3 m from the east side and a roof inclination of about 15o above the green area, on one structural slope permanently connected to the ground will be built (construction drawings 1,2,3,4,5,6,7 are attached). The direction of laying the panels south/east. The panels will be laid on the supporting structure in four rows of 9 pcs. PV panel for each row. Connection to the power grid and blocking of export to the network will be made through the use of automation to block excess energy in the inverter. All solutions must be made according to the project in Annex 2.

Construction of a photovoltaic installation at the facilities of "PGKiM" Sp. z o.o. in the Aleksandrów Łódzki Commune - SUW Prawęcice 54a.

The subject of the contract lot 3 is the construction of a photovoltaic installation with a capacity of 10.56kWp.

Construction of a photovoltaic installation for the production of electricity to cover the demand of the Water Treatment Plant in Prawęcice, and in particular to provide energy for circulation pumps.

Panels placed on a structure with a slope of about 25o above the green area, on one structural slope not permanently connected with the ground from the south. The installation will consist of 24 panels, connected in 2 Thongs. The energy from the installation will be used for the needs of the Investor. A connection to the power grid will be made. Surplus energy on holidays and holidays will be blocked in the inverter by an appropriate export blockade and will not be transmitted to the operator's distribution network. All solutions must be made according to the project in Annex 3.

Construction of a photovoltaic installation at the facilities of "PGKiM" Sp. z o.o. in the Municipality of Aleksandrów Łódzki - WTP Aleksandrów Łódzki, 11 Listopada 101

The subject of the contract lot 4 is the construction of a photovoltaic installation with a capacity of 99.44 kW (2 x 49.72kW).

Construction of a photovoltaic installation for the production of electricity for the purpose of partially covering the demand of the Water Treatment Plant in Aleksandrów Łódzki, in particular to provide energy for circulation pumps along with the replacement of current and voltage transformers for automatic export blockade to the network, power protection and a measuring system for settlements with the PGE operator.

Panels placed on a ground structure with a slope of about 25 degrees in an open area fenced by the Investor with a mesh fence preventing outsiders from getting directly to the photovoltaic installation. The position of the panels towards the south. Under the panels on the structure will be placed inverter.

The maximum power of each installation is 49 720 Wp, each installation consists of 113 panels with a capacity of 440 Wp each. Each combined into six Thongs. The energy from the installation will be used for the needs of the Investor. A connection to the power grid will be made. The surplus will be blocked in the inverter by an appropriate export blockade and will not be sent to the operator's network.

The replacement of current and voltage transformers for each section was designed due to the construction of a photovoltaic installation up to 50kWp with an export blockade to the network implemented on the Sn 15kV side by automation controllers collecting data on the power consumed by the analyzer from current and voltage transformers and shutting down the photovoltaic installation in the event of voltage failure using a circuit breaker with a remote drive. The measuring system on the core 1 of the current and voltage transformers of each section is used for settlements with PGE DYSTRYBUCJA S.A. Łódź Branch.

The replacement of transformers will consist in replacing the existing single-winding current transformers 15/5 kl. 0.5 10VA FS-5 and single-winding voltage transformers with new current and voltage transformers.

The replacement consists in dismantling the existing single-winding current and voltage transformers with new three-winding current and four-winding voltage transformers adapted to block energy export to the grid, and in the future to telemechanics of photovoltaic installations. The existing secondary circuits of the transformers will be replaced with new DY 5x1.5mm2 voltage circuits and DY 6x1x2.5mm2 current circuits.

The existing A1500 meters will be moved to a new meter switchboard with a communication modem compliant with TPA requirements and powered by a 600/120VA buffer power supply located in the RGNN room.

The current possibility of viewing network parameters and energy consumption will also be maintained through direct reading of energy meters on a computer located at the WTP Aleksandrów Łódź on November 11, 101.

All solutions must be made according to the project in Annex number 4,5,6,7.

Construction of a photovoltaic installation at the facilities of "PGKiM" Sp. z o.o. in the Municipality of Aleksandrów Łódzki - Wastewater Treatment Plant Ruda Bugaj.

The subject of the contract for part 5 is the construction of a photovoltaic power plant with a capacity of 99 750Wp (minimum power is 99 000Wp, maximum power is 99 995Wp) for the Sewage Treatment Plant in Ruda Bugaj

Scope of works at the Sewage Treatment Plant in Ruda Bugaj 21.

All works and equipment and materials used should be consistent with the technical design of the construction of a photovoltaic installation for the needs of the Sewage Treatment Plant in Ruda Bugaj 21.

The scope of works shall include at least:

Implementation of the mounting (support) system for photovoltaic panels.

Installation of photovoltaic panels on the roof of the shed to the maximum power (up to 100kWp).

Connections of photovoltaic panels to inverters 2 x 45kWp

Installation of installation protection on the DC and AC side

Construction of a new ZK-3A connector to connect inverters to the 0.4kV AC installation.

Laying two cable lines in the ground to each of the inverters with YAKXS 4x35mm²+1x35mm² cable.

Implementation of a new ZK-6 connector for fire shutdown adapted to the target power of the object of 380kW.

Laying of the cable line from ZK-3 connector to ZK-cable YAKXS 3x120mm²+1x70mm²

Implementation of a new ZK-2A connector with PV automation.

Laying the cable line from ZK-6 to ZK-2 with a cable laid in the ground 4X (YAKXS 3x240mm²)+YAKXS 1x240mm². In the same trench and the same route, run a UTP-6a cable gelled in an "opto" pipe with a diameter of 40mm. The ZK-2 connector should be located at the subscriber station.

Construction of an export blockade system for the network at the subscriber station

Construction of automation adapted to telemechanics (PV extension up to 350kWp).

Construction of a system for monitoring the energy produced by each of the inverters and in total, including the results on a dedicated web portal (green energy measurement).

Replacement of current and voltage measuring transformers in the MV main switchboard and arrangement of replacement in the power plant.
