The service includes civil engineering, pipe construction and cable construction work for gas/water/electricity house connections

in the supply area of Stadtwerke Ingolstadt Netze GmbH.

NEW CONSTRUCTION of house connections for all pipe diameters up to DN 50/ da 63, power cables up to

a cross-section of 150 mm² and telecom and broadband cables up to 10 DA professionally as

Multi-division (MSH), single or combined house connection with different divisions

and pressure stages (MOP 5 for gas) ready for operation, including all necessary civil engineering and assembly work in the supply area of Stadtwerke Ingolstadt Netze GmbH.

Materials and components:

Unless otherwise mentioned in the performance items, the material for the

Pipeline construction by the AG from the storage location of the utility company (Ringlerstraße 28 in

85057 Ingolstadt). The Contractor shall deliver this material to the construction site

transport. The costs of pipe transport are to be included in the unit prices.

Archaeological accompaniment:

Both the archaeological accompaniment of a construction project and the monitoring of the

Civil engineering work by an excavator supervisor in accordance with the Explosives Act is carried out by the

AG. The Contractor shall coordinate this work and comply with the instructions

achieve. Downtimes caused to the Contractor by accompanying work shall be carried out without

Traffic safety:

The contractor has the sole traffic safety obligation on the construction site and is liable for
