1. The object of the order is:

a) supply of electricity on the terms set out in the Energy Law Act of 10 April 1997 and on executive acts issued on its basis,

b) settlement of surplus electricity generated in RES renewable energy source installations indicated in Annex 1 to OPZ, which was introduced into the local DSO network together with the commercial balancing service on the terms set out in the draft agreement, constituting Annex 7 to the SWZ of the proceedings in question.

2. A detailed description of the subject of the Order (hereinafter OPZ) constitutes Annex 1 to the SWZ.
