The order includes factory delivery of a new kit:

— carrier (motor vehicle),

— attachments:

(a) attachments for the care and maintenance of roadsides — a set of lawnmowers for simultaneous mowing of roadsides, slopes, and counterslings, and side milling and cutting branches;

(b) winter road maintenance fittings — variable geometry wedge plough, sprinkler with brine system. Both the fittings for summer road maintenance as well as the winter road maintenance equipment should be compatible with the carrier and allow safe operation of the entire kit.

The detailed technical parameters required for the set are set out in Annex 2 to this SWZ.

1. The subject of the order is:

— Delivery of a self-driving universal vehicle with boom kit with attachments and working heads.

2. The order includes the factory supply of a new kit:

— carrier (motor vehicle),

(b) winter road maintenance fittings — variable geometry wedge plough, sprinkler with brine system. Both the fittings for summer road maintenance as well as the winter road maintenance equipment should be compatible with the carrier and allow safe operation of the entire kit.

3. Detailed, required technical parameters for the set are set out in Annex 2 to this SWZ.

4. As part of the delivery, the contractor will deliver to the indicated delivery place a carrier with winter fittings fitted and in this respect should train the workers operating the kit at the place of delivery, i.e. at the County Roads Board in Łuków, 112 Łapiguz Street. employees by email. Along with the supplied carrier with winter fittings will be provided separately summer development. The replacement of winter fittings for summer development will require re-training, separate training of workers operating the kit within the time limit indicated by the contracting operator, at the place of delivery, i.e. at the County Roads Board in Łuków.

5. Warranty requirements for the attachment carrier together with the fittings hereinafter referred to as “the kit”:

— the minimum required quality guarantee period for the kit offered is 24 months,

— wear and tear consumables are excluded from the warranty

— having an authorized service on the territory of Poland for individual devices,

— warranty service or assistance within 24 hours of the time of reporting on a given day at the garage location.

6. Garaging place: County Roads Board, 112 Łapiguz Street, 21-400 Łuków.

7. In accordance with Article 101 (4) of the Pzp Act, where the subject of the contract is described by standards, European technical assessments, approval, technical specifications and technical reference systems, the contracting authority shall allow equivalent solutions. The indication of the equivalence of the solution offered in accordance with Article 101 (5) of the Pzp Act rests with the contractor.

The Contractor who invokes equivalent solutions shall demonstrate that the solution he offers fulfils the requirements laid down by the Contracting Party. In this case, the contractor shall attach to the tender a list of equivalent solutions according to its description or standards.

In the case of description by standards, equivalent solutions shall be considered that ensure that the minimum requirements set out in the standard are met at a level not worse than described in the relevant standards. For the standards cited in SWZ, current standards are understood.

In other cases (description of the object of the contract by means of European technical assessments, approval, technical specifications and technical reference systems), such a product, material or system with technical, functional and quality parameters not inferior to than listed in the item description of the order.

8. This description of the item of the order does not take into account the accessibility requirements for the disabled. The kit will only be used for service purposes by ZDP employees, none of whom are entitled to a disability judgment. The kit does not require adjustment to the needs of the disabled.
