The subject of the contract is the delivery of a brand new heavy rescue and firefighting vehicle with a 4x4 drive system for TSO Susz, hereinafter referred to as the "car" and a slurry motor pump for TSO Redaki. 2. The Ordering Party requires that the car be brand new, manufactured in 2023, technically efficient, free from construction, material and workmanship defects, complete, meeting the minimum requirements specified in the Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. It must meet the requirements of Polish road traffic regulations, taking into account the requirements for emergency vehicles.

The subject of the contract is the delivery of a brand new heavy rescue and firefighting vehicle with a 4x4 drive system for TSO Susz, hereinafter referred to as "the car" and a slurry motor pump for TSO Redaki. 2. The Ordering Party requires that the car be brand new, manufactured in 2023, technically efficient, free from construction, material and workmanship defects, complete, meeting the minimum requirements specified in the Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. It must meet the requirements of Polish road traffic regulations, taking into account the requirements for emergency vehicles, in particular the provisions of:a) the Act of 20 June 1997. Road Traffic Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 988, as amended) together with the implementing provisions to this Act, b) Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 31 December 2002 on the technical conditions of vehicles and their necessary equipment (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2016, item 2022, as amended), c) Regulation of the Minister of the Interior and Administration of 20 June 2007 on the list of products to ensure public safety or protection of health and life and property, as well as the rules for issuing the approval of these products for use (Journal of Laws of 2007 No. 143, item 1002, as amended), d) Regulation of the Ministers of Internal Affairs and Administration, National Defense, Finance and Justice of 29 March 2019 on special vehicles and vehicles used for special purposes of the Police, Internal Security Agency, Foreign Intelligence Agency, Military Counterintelligence Service, Military Intelligence Service, Central Anti-Corruption Bureau, Border Guard, State Protection Service, National Revenue Administration, Prison Service and fire brigade (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 594), e) standards: PN-EN 1846-1 and PN-EN 1846-2. (or equivalent).3. Acceptance of the subject of the contract by the representatives of the Contracting entity will take place at the Contractor's headquarters. The Contractor, at least 3 days in advance, is obliged to notify the Contracting Authority in writing about the readiness of the subject of the contract for acceptance. 4. The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to provide a guarantee for the delivered rescue and firefighting vehicle, for the period: - a minimum of 24 months for the chassis, - a minimum of 24 months for the bodywork, - a minimum of 24 months for equipment. 5. The warranty period starts from the date of receipt of the vehicle. 6. In a situation where the guarantee granted by the manufacturer is longer than the guarantee granted by the Contractor, the manufacturer's warranty shall apply. 7. The Ordering Party has full rights under the warranty for physical defects resulting from the provisions of the Civil Code, regardless of the rights under the guarantee. 8. Slurry motor pump – diameter of pumped impurities min. 30mm, petrol engine, automatic or manual start, lifting height 21m, pump capacity min. 2000 l/min, suction hose complete with length of min. 6m, suction socket ended with a typical claw connector for hose 75 or 110, pressure cap ended with a typical claw connector for hose 75 or 110, in the set straight suction dragon – metal and oblique suction dragon – metal, in the set 6 W75 pressure hoses. For example, model PH 2400 or equivalent 9.
