This consultation concerns the maintenance of fire-fighting equipment.

The consultation will result in a mixed contract:

- Item 1 preventive maintenance: ordinary market according to the breakdown of the overall and fixed price

- Item 2 corrective maintenance: framework agreement with single-awarding purchase orders according to unit prices whose services for the initial period will be subject to a maximum amount of 80,000 euros excluding VAT. The amounts are identical for the renewal periods.

- Item 3 Execution of works: ordinary contract according to the breakdown of the total and fixed price

- Item 1 ordinary market according to the breakdown of the total and fixed price

- Item 2 framework agreement with purchase orders according to unit prices whose services will be subject to a maximum amount of 80,000 euros HT.

- Item 3 ordinary market according to the breakdown of the total and fixed price

The contract will start on the date of notification until August 31, 2024.

The framework agreement is tacitly renewable 3 times per 12-month period.

In the absence of an express decision by the contracting authority no later than 4 months before the anniversary date, this framework agreement will be considered tacitly renewed.
