Total quantity or scope:

- demolition of a single-storey gym, floor area 470 m², height 8m;

reinforced concrete, steel beams, masonry

- demolition of a single-storey stem made of precast reinforced concrete elements, 35x4m, height 6 m, approximately one-third integrated into soil,

with two side staircases, roof area as terrace with steel parapet and pre-hung concrete slabs

- disposal of 1100 t concrete, 204 t masonry brick, 11 t steel
