This consultation is initiated following the procedure: open tender — Articles R. 2124-2 1º and R. 2161-2 to 5 of the Public Order Code. The purpose of this consultation is to be a mission consisting of three components: communication assistance and preparation for media interventions, provision of strategic advice or support and press relations services.

Frame agreement with purchase orders mini: 80,000 EUR. Maxi: EUR 220 000 in value in EUR (excl. VAT). Grouping description: The contract is placed as a grouping of orders. The coordinator of the Metropole NCA group assigns, signs and notifies. The members of the group are: Metropole NCA and city of Nice. Description of the order group: the coordinator (Metropole Nice-Côte d'Azur) initiates the consultation, assigns, signs and notifies the contract, each member is then responsible for its execution (including renewal). City of Nice — mini of 35 000 EUR HT — maximum of 100 000 EUR HT Metropolis Nice-Côte d'Azur — mini of 45 000 EUR excl. VAT — maximum 120 000 EUR excl. VAT. Duration (excluding renewal): 12 months, start of the contract: upon notification of the contract. The turnaround time for each service is indicated in the purchase order or, where applicable, in the CCTP.
