Maintenance of the "Green Spaces" surroundings of SPI buildings:
These specifications govern a multi-year service contract starting from the date of notification for a period of 4 years (4 maintenance seasons) whose main purpose is the main maintenance of the surroundings of SPI's buildings, namely:
- lawn mowing;
- pruning hedges and shrubs;
- cleaning of traffic areas;
- Leaf collection;
- ..... ;
These services are carried out on the basis of the schedule provided by the service provider.
They are carried out by qualified personnel with the skills required for the work required.
The list of buildings concerned is included in the summary report.
This list may undergo changes during the contract following in particular the sale of buildings.
The service provider will not, on this basis, be able to claim any compensation.
If, however, a vessel were to be added to the list, it would be the subject of an amendment to this contract.
Similarly, in the event of a significant discrepancy between the statement provided in Annex C of the specifications and the reality, an amendment must be drawn up.
By submitting its offer, the service provider is deemed to know perfectly the layout of the premises, their condition, the possibilities of access to the buildings and equipment.
This contract constitutes a framework agreement, for which the Contracting Authority may communicate quantities, these being subject to fluctuation according to the sales of the buildings to companies, any acquisitions or any other decision emanating from the Contracting Authority. Maintenance will be carried out on an as-needed basis.
All supplies necessary for the complete realization of this contract will be supported by the successful tenderer.
Travel costs are to be included in the price.
Are not included in this package, punctual interventions that will be the subject of a quote or not depending on the importance of the work.
In addition, specific work may be requested from the service provider, of the same type as those included in the routine maintenance of the surroundings, but may also consist of pruning, felling of trees, development or redevelopment of flowerbeds, placement of forest barriers, lawn development, ...
