The city of Hamm (client) is inviting tenders for the framework agreement on the security and service service for the emergency shelter Alfred-Fischer-Halle of the city of Hamm throughout Europe.

The emergency shelter Alfred-Fischer-Halle is designed and furnished for an occupancy of 550 residents.

The scope of services includes in particular:

- Minimum staffing of three security guards plus an operations manager, depending on the degree of workload and clientele also beyond

- Maintaining security and order

- access control

- Documentation of special accesses to the property

- Enforcement of house rules and house rules, including alcohol prohibition

- Ensuring the flow of information between the client and the personnel deployed

- Provision of a head of operations, who coordinates the work of the security service on site and acts as a contact person for the client

- Participation in service meetings at the institution
