The Oldenburg-East Frisian Water Association, hereinafter referred to as OOWV or AG, is one of the 10 leading companies in the water industry in Germany. In addition to wastewater disposal, it is the largest drinking water supplier in terms of area and supplies more than one million people.
As part of the construction of a new waterworks in Marienhafe, services in the field of underground pipeline construction will be awarded in an EU-wide tendering procedure.
The advertised service includes:
- New construction of pipelines, conduit routes and culverts
- Enclosing work and integration into existing pipelines and shafts
- Measurement of known and previously unknown pipelines for inventory maintenance
- Commissioning of newly laid pipelines
- Construction of a new wastewater pumping station
- Connection work to existing shafts

The bill of quantities includes the following areas of activity:
1. Baustellenorganisation
2. Earthworks and civil engineering
3. Special civil engineering services (water drainage)
4. Underground pipeline construction (material delivery and installation)
5. Miscellaneous (pressure testing, pigging, disinfection)
The Contractor shall purchase all pipe materials, fittings, fittings and accessories, unless expressly stated otherwise, from the Client's logistics service provider. For this purpose, the special terms and conditions of purchase for material orders of the OOWV, which are attached to the tender documents, must be observed.
