The Assignment consists of the supply of Hiring personnel (based on, among other things, temporary employment, secondment and self-employment) through various plots.
On the one hand, the contract in principle supervises searching, contracting and contract administration for lots 1 to 5. For lots 1 to 3, the assignment also monitors the situation that the Client itself has found a Candidate that the contracting and contract administration is carried out by the selected Tenderer per lot that has offered the lowest Fee contractual and administrative handling.
The Client wishes to enter into a Framework Agreement for hiring personnel per lot with various Framework Contractors, who meet the minimum conditions for the execution of the assignment during the term of the Framework Agreement to be drawn up.
Lot 1: Hiring staff Work, Participation and BenefitThe total estimated value for the maximum duration of the Framework Agreement is approximately € 6,000,000,-, excluding VAT.
Lot 2: Hiring staff Framework (including Management / HRM / Financial / Legal / Policy / Communication)The total estimated value of lot 2, Hiring staff Framework (including HRM / Financial / Legal / Policy / Communication) at the maximum duration of the Framework Agreement is approximately € 4,000,000,-, excluding VAT.
Lot 3: Hiring ict staffThe total estimated value for the maximum duration of the Framework Agreement is approximately € 1,500,000,-, excluding VAT.
Lot 4: Hiring staff Temporary workers / Administrative and ProductionThe total estimated value for the maximum duration of the Framework Agreement is approximately € 400,000,-, excluding VAT.
Lot 5: Hiring staff Green employeesThe total estimated value for the duration of the Framework Agreement in year 1 is approximately € 600,000 and year 2 approximately € 1,000,000,-, excluding VAT. For the following years, the hiring is still uncertain in connection with the agreement with the main client, the municipalities.
