The object of the contract is the collection, transport, treatment and, where applicable, recovery of waste for the Groupement hospitalier universitaire de Champagne (GHUC), the EHPAD of Saint-Germain-la-Ville and the Godinot Institute . The contract is divided into fifteen lots. The contract takes the form of a framework agreement with purchase orders within the meaning of 2 e paragraph of article R. 2162-2 of the public order code, which is executed by issuing successive order forms under the conditions provided for in articles R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the public procurement code public order.
