Property Protector insurance for HM Government of Gibraltar and/or any partnership, joint venture, subsidiary, affiliated, associated, allied, controlled or proprietary Company, corporation firm or organisation or any other entity as now exists or hereafter be constituted, formed or acquired where HM Government of Gibraltar has ownership, interest (irrespective of stated percentage), management, control or responsibility for providing insurance, but only in respect of HM Government of Gibraltar's interest.
