A new tool shall replace the use of manual systems that are used in the work of enterprise planning and budget management.

The tool shall be the central planning and follow up tool at all levels at the Police Academy and for the board and Police Directorate. The need for planning, follow up, reporting, analysis and control of the organisation's budget, enterprise targets, sub targets, project and assignments shall be taken care of.
