The building and inventory insurance of the city of Lübbecke is put out to tender. The sum insured for building replacement value is 221,017,000 EUR, building fair value 835,000 EUR and for content new value 24,717,000 EUR. The insured risks are usually fire, tap water, storm/hail and in the inventory insurance additional burglary. For the risk of burglary and robbery, the deductible is 200, - €. For the risk of storm and hail, an annual maximum compensation of 15 million euros is agreed. In the case of individual damages due to the risk of storm and hail, a deductible of 500, - € is to be paid, in the case of a cumulative damage, the deductible is completely waived. No deductible is provided for the other hazards referred to in Part B No. 3 of the Conditions.

A lump sum of € 20 per hour and person shall be deemed to have been agreed for expenses incurred by the policyholder in order to defend and reduce the damage in accordance with Part B No. 4.1 of the conditions.
