The objective of this notice is to enter into a contract for consultancy services with competence levels and in a scope that is necessary to fulfil the existing competence gap in CYFOR. This involves performing day-to-day system management, while building expertise regarding future systems.

The consultant will fulfil a role as an ABAP developer who can assist the Norwegian Armed Forces in the further development and operation of ABAP-based systems, including supporting front-end development with Fiori. In addition to driving ABAP development, the consultant will also support and contribute to competence development among the Norwegian Armed Forces' own ABAP developers.

The consultant will provide assistance to CDA within the discipline of SAP ABAP.

- Assist the Armed Forces with the development of end-user services to support the Fiori interface, including

- Programming back-end functionality for front-end services

- Contribute to competence development in SAP ABAP among the Armed Forces' own resources

- Assist in strategic choices for the development of the Norwegian Armed Forces' SAP system.
