Fyne Homes is a not for profit social housing provider and is a registered social landlord. Fyne Homes has in the region of 1,400 properties in Bute and South Argyll and has offices in Rothesay, Dunoon, Campbeltown and Lochgilphead.

In 2013 Fyne Homes carried out a procurement exercise to appoint three Gas and Reactive Maintenance contractors for their works in Bute, Cowal and Kintyre respectively. This procurement was successful and three contractors were appointed. Unfortunately the contractor who successfully procured the Cowal contract went into liquidation in November 2013. Fyne Homes are now carrying out a re-procurement to replace this contractor.

This contract will be let for a period of three years to allow a simultaneous re-procurement of all contracts for 1.4.2017. The continuation of the contract will be subject to review on a regular basis and satisfactory performance against published Key Performance Indicators.
