The system must be user-friendly and customer-friendly and enable electronic services and their development as far as possible in the future.

A framework agreement will be concluded with the selected suppliers. Jyväskylän Energia will in the future act as a reseller of the software service. Jyväskylän Energia Oy chooses the most economical system that meets the requirements of the end customer.

The contract period is to start as soon as the contract is signed.
