The purpose of this contract is the concession of services consisting in the «management and operation of a cafeteria / restaurant and its terrace located in the Administration Pavilion of the Modernist Campus of Santo Pablo». The provision of these services subject to the concession will be aimed at the visitors of the Modernist Campus (RM), the users and workers of its facilities and also the general public of its surroundings.

The Private Foundation of the Hospital de la Santa Cruz and Santo Pablo (FP) needs to provide the services of an external company that manages the operation of the cafeteria / restaurant and the RM terrace, located to the west wing of the 1st floor of the pavilion of the Administration, with the highest level of quality, precision and regularity and during the schedule determined.

The external company will also have to ensure that it can manage and operate a bar service to the grounds of the enclosure, during the cultural activities in which it is considered necessary.

This service concession includes all the services to be carried out in all that involves the management and operation of a cafeteria / restoring in a World Heritage space such as the Modernist Campus of the Private Foundation Hospital de la Santa Cruz and Santo Pablo .
