Purchase and maintenance of specialized software for radiology (RIS), nuclear medicine (radio pharmacy) and a DACS.

The Avignon Hospital Center (CHA) has decided to replace its RIS (radiology information system), its computerized management software for the nuclear service, and to acquire a DACS (Dosimetry Archiving and Communication System). The consultation concerns the Vaucluse GHT with which the Center hospitalier intercommunal de Cavaillon-Lauris is now associated on the RIS and DACS component. The contract concerns the acquisition of specialty software as well as the associated services for installation, configuration, training, start-up and maintenance. The consultation will give rise to a framework agreement, within the meaning of Article L. 2125-1-1º of the Public Procurement Code (CCP) which will be single-beneficiary, will be concluded without minimum and without maximum, in accordance with the article R. 2162-4-3º and will be executed in part by the conclusion of subsequent contracts and in part by the issuance of order forms, under the conditions of article R. 2162-3. Subsequent contract n ° 1, concluded at the same time as the framework agreement, concerns only the Center hospitalier d'Avignon. It will be broken down into two items: item A: purchase of software (RIS, radiopharmacy and DACS) for the Avignon hospital / B item: maintenance of the Avignon hospital software. Subsequent contract no. 2, concluded at the same time as the framework agreement, concerns only the Center hospitalier de Cavaillon. It will be broken down into two items: item A: purchase of software (RIS and DACS) for the hospital in Cavaillon / item B: maintenance of the software in Cavaillon.
