The contract for this consultation concerns the maintenance contract for garage doors, barriers and automatic doors for LOGEAL IMMOBILIERE's rental stock

This consultation is conducted according to the European open call for tenders procedure in accordance with Articles R2161-2 to R2161-5 of the Public Procurement Code which came into force on 1 April 2019.

It is a contract for flat-rate services (DPGF) and one-off orders (BPU), in the form of a purchase order contract without minimum or maximum quantity and without minimum amount but with a maximum amount of € 115,000.00 HT over the entire market over 4 years.
