The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672, as amended – "Act on Forests") including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, maintenance of forest facilities, harvesting, skidding and timber carriage – to be performed in the Koszęcin Forest District – Kaleta forestry in 2022.

The estimated value of the contract shall take into account the basic order, the option right of 20% of the basic contract and the contracts referred to in Article 214 (1) (7) of the PZP with a value of 50% of the basic contract.
