Patentstyret would like to enter into a contract for cleaning services for Patentstyret's new premises in Valle Vision.

Patentstyret is moving into new premises in spring/summer 2024 in Helsfyr, Oslo. The address will be Innspurten 11c, hereafter called Valle Vision.

Valle Vision is a new building that will be the 3rd building of a total of 4 buildings in the Valle project. Patentstyret will rent the 3 upper floors in Valle Vision. Patentstyret's premises have a net surface area of approx. 2568 m2, split between office landscape/offices, meeting rooms/quiet rooms, social zones/kitchenette, photocopy room, storeroom, corridor zones, and a terrace. In addition we will rent stores in basement 1 and basement 2 of approx. 256 m2 net area.
