The Assignment includes the construction and civil works and installations of the new Sporthal in Groenlo. After award, the DO (jointly) approved by Municipality of Oost Gelre will be developed into a Technical Design (TO) and then to a plan ready for execution (Execution Ready Design (UO)), based on a construction team agreement. The execution of the work should remain within a pre-set ceiling budget. The Municipality intends to then instruct the Contractor to execute the performance, under a contract of contractor.
