The subject of the contract is insurance of property and other interests of the Kłodzko County together with subordinate organizational units. The subject of the contract is divided into the following two parts: Part I: Insurance of property and civil liability of the Kłodzko County together with subordinate organizational units. The scope of insurance includes: 1) property insurance against all risks, 2) insurance of electronic equipment against all risks, 3) civil liability insurance, 4) insurance of machinery and equipment against all risks. Part II: Insurance of motor vehicles of the Kłodzko Poviat. The scope of insurance includes: 1) compulsory civil liability insurance of motor vehicle owners, 2) civil liability insurance of motor vehicle owners for damage caused in connection with the use of vehicles in countries belonging to the Green Card System and not being members of the European Union (the so-called Green Card insurance – non-contributory insurance), 3) insurance of vehicles against damage and loss of casco, 4) insurance of consequences accidents of the driver and passengers, 5) extended, paid assistance insurance, 6) mini assistance insurance (non-contributory insurance, if the contractor has one).
