The subject of the contract is a comprehensive supply of high-methane gas fuel Group E for educational institutions, organizational units and companies for the operation of buildings, premises and utility facilities in the Municipal Municipality of Żory.
The scope of the contract includes the supply of gas fuel for the 66 points detailed in Annex 1 to the draft contract. The amount of gas delivered during the order period is: approx. 7,623,038 MWh.
(a) The scope of the contract includes: the supply of gas fuel for the 66 points detailed in Annex 2 to the SWZ. The amount of gas delivered during the order period is: approx. 7,623,038 MWh.
(b) Gas fuel is intended for heating purposes. In the aforementioned quantity of gas fuel for heating purposes, the estimated quantity of gas not subject to excise duty shall be 3,366.22 MWh. Detailed information is included in Annex 2 to this specification. The remaining amount of gas fuel is subject to excise duty exemption.
c) The gas fuel supplied must meet technical standards in accordance with the provisions of the Energy Law and the implementing regulations of this law and Polish Standards.
d) Under the subject of the contract, the Contractor will be responsible for the commercial balancing of gas fuel purchased by the Ordering Party.
(e) The determination of the quantity of gas fuel is the necessary element for selecting the most advantageous offer and does not constitute an obligation on the part of the Contracting Authority to purchase gaseous fuel in the quantities specified.
(f) The volume of the projected quantity of gas fuel consumption was determined on the basis of the consumption of the previous 12 months taking into account the anticipated quantitative changes in the gas fuel ordered over the period of the future contract.
(g) After signing the contract, the Conduct Procedure will transmit the necessary data to carry out the procedure for changing the seller in the electronic version of EXCEL.
h) The Contractor shall make all actions and arrangements with the OSD (Polska Spółka Gazownictwo S.A.) necessary to carry out the procedure for changing the seller and the effective start of the sale of gas fuel, including, in particular: termination of existing comprehensive contracts, notification of new DSO gas fuel sales contracts. These actions shall perform the Contractor on the basis of the relevant powers of attorney granted by the Contracting Authorities together with the conclusion of contracts for the sale of gas fuel.
i) For all conscription points, it will be another seller change. The current gas supplier is PGNiG Rotary Detaliczny sp. z o. o.
(j) The sale of gas fuel will take place on the basis of contracts concluded separately by individual educational institutions, organizational units and companies in the territory of the Municipal Municipality of Żory, described in detail in Annex 3 to the SWZ.
