Short description of ELT services

The present tender is for a complete renovation of a listed building of the TU Darmstadt.

The following services are to be performed:

•Self-power supply as a battery-supported dynamic backup power system with an output of approx. 120 kVA

•Central battery system for emergency lighting purposes with a capacity

of approx. 7kW and a bridging time of 3 hours incl. 25 substations

•Photovoltaic system with an output of approx. 124kW peak

•Low voltage main distribution 6 panels, 23 outlets NH1 and 2 630A feed-in circuit breakers

•Building main distribution 10 panels, 24 outlets NH1, distribution panel and 1250A feed-in circuit breaker

•27 sub-distribution boards with a total of approx. 2700 circuits, protection via residual current circuit breakers, miniature circuit breakers

•approx. 100m busbar trunking 250 A with 26 outlet boxes up to 125A

•approx. 130 km of halogen-free sheathed cable in various cross-sections and installation types

•approx. 6 km of halogen-free power cable in various cross-sections and laying methods.

•approx. 55 km of halogen-free low-voltage and fire alarm cable in various cross-sections and installation types.

• approx. 7 km of halogen-free functional maintenance cable in various cross-sections and installation types

•approx. 135 km of Cat 7A data line in various types of installation.

•approx. 2800 m cable tray size from 200mmx60mm - 600mmx 60mm

•approx. 18 km of ALU installation pipe in various sizes

•approx. 4 km light rail 11 poles

•1800 LED luminaires for light tracks in various lengths and outputs

•360 pictograms of emergency lighting in various designs

•450 standby luminaires Emergency lighting in various designs.

•320m LED corner profile including driver

•Lightning protection system lightning protection class 3 incl. discharges, deep earths and safety gear

•Comprehensive fire alarm system with approx. 950 automatic detectors, 8 aspirating smoke detectors, 100 manual detectors and required fire brigade perephery.

•1 Gebäudefunkanlage

•1 voice alarm system with approx. 150 loudspeakers in the area of a meeting place

•Data network with approx. 3800 ports and 18 network cabinets 80x100 cm, patch panels and accessories.
