The subject of the contract is the collection, transport and management of municipal solid waste from residential properties in the Kłaj Commune until the end of 2023.

A detailed description of the subject of the contract is attached as Annex 13 to the SWZ.

Attention:

It is recommended that the Contractor, before preparing the offer, familiarize himself with the local conditions and the peculiarities of the Kłaj Municipality by making a local vision and asking any questions related to the implementation of the order.

1. The subject of the order is:

- provision of services in the field of collection, transport and management of municipal solid waste from real estate inhabited in the Kłaj Municipality,

- equipping residents with containers for mixed waste,

- providing property owners with bags for separately collected municipal waste (paper, plastics, glass and bio-waste),

- preparation and delivery to residents of "Waste Disposal Schedules",

- reporting – monthly reports.
