Open procedure, pursuant to art. 123, paragraph 1, art. 60 and art. 157, paragraph 1 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 and subsequent amendments, for the assignment of engineering services for the design of technical and economic feasibility related to the construction of the "Alghero center - Alghero airport railway link, with hydrogen production plant".

The contract for the object of the assignment of engineering and architectural services concerning the "Construction of the railway connection between the Sassari - Alghero center line and Alghero airport including hydrogen production plant, storage and complementary works" sub-intervention and objective 1 of the intervention "Alghero center - Alghero airport railway link, with hydrogen production plant and rolling stock for the Sassari-Alghero-Airport line".
The basic tender amounts, determined on the basis of Ministerial Decree 17/06/2016, are a total of € 2,562,626.86, net of tax and social security charges, divided as follows:
- Drafting of the Feasibility Document of Design Alternatives: € 264.533,58
- Drafting of the Technical and Economic Feasibility Project with return in BIM mode: € 2,298,093.28.
subject to the assignment of optional changes art. 106, co.1, letter a):
- Environmental impact study (following the verification of eligibility for liability): € 195,453.86;
- Other services: € 1.085.859,57.
Estimated total value of the contract: € 3,843,940.29.
