As part of the Propulse project (RTE's professionalization platform), RTE has developed a Learning Management System (LMS) platform set up since early 2017 as a digital core of professionalization at RTE. The contract subject of this purchase concerns the development of asynchronous distance learning modules according to standards that allow them to be integrated into the Propulse platform. Each development will be based on a pedagogical script carried out by RTE in the form of a storyboard specifying the desired media coverage.

The following business objectives:

— to frame and nationally homogenize the development services of remote modules by controlling costs and implementation schedules;

— facilitate the maintenance of modules in operational conditions internally by setting development constraints within the framework of the market;

— ensure compliance with the requirements and levels of service expected by RTE.
