Issuance of nationwide formal electronic mail delivery orders (ePZA) in accordance with §§ 166 et seq. of the Code of Civil Procedure / §§ 33 et seq. of the Postal Act

The aim of the tender is the award of nationwide formal electronic mail delivery orders (ePZA) in accordance with §§ 166 et seq. of the Code of Civil Procedure / §§ 33 et seq. of the Postal Act for

a) documents to be served as a result of the order for payment procedure pursuant to §§ 688 et seq. of the Code of Civil Procedure (service package 1) conducted by the joint dunning court of the Länder of Rhineland-Palatinate and Saarland,

b) documents to be served as a result of the administrative offence proceedings carried out by the Central Fines Office of the Land of Rhineland-Palatinate (service package 2), and

c) Documents to be served as a result of the administrative offence proceedings carried out by the local (decentralised) fine offices of the State of Rhineland-Palatinate (service package 3).

d) Documents to be served resulting from a letter from another central office in Rhineland-Palatinate (service package 4)
