Teilifís na Gaeilge (‘TG4’) (the ‘Contracting Authority/TG4’) is issuing this Invitation to Dialogue (the ‘ITD’) to call for requests from economic operators (‘Applicants’) to participate in a competition (‘the Competition’) to be conducted in accordance with the competitive dialogue procedure under the European Union (Award of Public Authority Contracts) Regulations 2016 (Statutory Instrument 284 of 2016) (the ‘Regulations’). The ultimate purpose of the competition is the award of a services contract (the ‘Services Contract’) for the provision of the services as described in Appendix 1 to this ITD (‘the Services’) to TG4.
